Do to the nature of digital products we cannot do a refund or return. If there is an issue with the digital item please let me know what it is and I will fix it. I do test every digital item before uploading for sale.
All of my apparel is designed by me. However I do use a print partner and they ship items. So please make sure the item you order is the correct color, size, item and printed picture that you like before ordering. When physical items are purchased they are immediately sent to the printer and cannot be cancelled by me. HOWEVER If there is an issue with item upon arrival please contact me within 24 hours of deliver and I will work with you to get the issue taken care of.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact me HERE!
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
